"Mountain Owl & Owlet"

This is a paint poured 10X 20" painting I have created in my home studio.
I have used acrylic & metallic fluid liquid paints using the swipe method.
This method is a beautiful way of manipulating the paints with using a solution that is made up by me that is used in the process of swiping gently over the paints. It gives a lacing or cell effect over the paints. It is a much sought after effect that is  loved by the art community as well as art collectors.
I have embellished with a decopage of a Mother owl and her owlet. These owls are seen in the mountains as well as seen as barn owls in winter areas as well.
I have sealed this painting with resin.
I have also added texture with 24kt gold scattered in small areas throughout. This gives a bit of sparkle and draws the eyes to this dynamic, colorful, one of a kind painting.
** I have added pictures and reels of inside and outside sun views as well. In the sun reel look closely and you can see the bit of sparkle glistening. It's very hard to catch on a cell phone camera.
It does sparkle inside your home and of course with light & sun.
