"Michigan Vibe"

This is a a paint poured 10,5" L x 7"W x 1" thick wood shape of Michigan. I have paint poured with fluid pigments paints in my home studio. I have used real sand & shells & I placed a sml sandbar on the upper left of the painting. It has been sealed with resin.
I used a blow dryer & my mouth and a straw to blow the finishing details at the end, thereby giving you the best possible configuration. Michigan is known for being shaped like a mitten, as you can see here.
Michigan is also known for it's  Great Lakes. So, I decided to go with a water and beach theme. I confess, I love the water & my favorite vacation is to go to the ocean. If we can't get away that far, the next best thing is a lake. You can't be unhappy around the beach and water, right? 🤗🌊
