"Fancy Bloom"

10X13" premium wood box with deep 3" sides. This is a paint poured bloom using fluid acrylic & metallic paints created in my home studio.
This bloom has so many beautiful effects in each of the petals that really sets this bloom off. An elegant black & white bloom that has 24kt metallic gold that adds glitz & flair to this piece. 
I hand-made the foliage & stems with the gold as well. The colorful cabachon I placed in the middle I made with resin & a bit of glitter. It is the focal point of the bloom and draws the eye to this vibrant, beautiful, one of a kind fluid art painting.
I sealed this painting with resin, which adds depth and brings the colors  to the forefront of my paintings. It also keeps the paintings to last a long life. Easy cleaning by using a soft rag or feather duster to remove dust.
It is a one of a kind painting due to this form of fluid art. Fluid paints flow together differently every time you pour them together. Then, it is up to the skill level of each artist to move the paints around to the best, most beautiful configuration.
I used a straw and my mouth to blow this bloom into into it's  glory of creation. This way, I was able to control the fluidity to create this beautiful bloom.
